Payments and other charges

The advance payment or bills can be paid using Visa, MasterCard, Check/Debit Card, Check, MoneyGram or Western Union. However, a Payment Processing Fee by the third party payment processor is levied for the various payment options starting with $3 onwards. The minimum payment acceptable is also $25. In addition to call charges PAY-TEL also levies a monthly Bill Processing Fee which is applied to the PAY-TEL charges included in a customer's local telephone bill each month when collect calls from a confinement facility are billed.
